2 cups unsifted flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup cocoa
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1/3 cup cooking oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup milk



Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together. Add egg, oil, vanilla and milk and beat all together.
Drop by tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Leave room for spreading. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes.

Filling: Beat all together
1 stick margarine
1 cup confectioner sugar
3 heaping tablespoons of marshmallow fluff
1 teaspoon vanilla

And spread filling between each two cookies.
