Lemon Raspberry Cookies Recipe

1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
1 egg yoke
2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
2 1/4 cups flour
1/8 teaspoon salt

Mix all ingredients together. Chill for 30 minutes. Roll out on floured board and cut into small shapes. Bake at 375 for 8 - 10 minutes. Let cool.
Ice with the following glaze.

Mix together:
2 cups powered sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon raspberry liquor
