Frozen Fruit, 2 cups partially thawed
Milk, -1 cup
Ice cubes, 4-6
Thickener, banana &/or cu yogurt
Sugar, to taste
Flavoring, to taste

Directions:
1. Place first 4 ingredients in blender container.
2. Cover. Blend until smooth.
3. Add thickener and sugar. Blend well.

Used in 7th FCS Exploratory class. Each lab uses a different frozen fruit. All variations are served & taste tested by students. Another fun way to incorporate dairy & fruit into the diet
