MANGO CHICKEN Marinade Coco Lopez (Coconut) 1/2 15oz can Pineapple Juice 1 cup Lime Juice 1/4 cup Hoisin Sauce 1/4 cup Caribbean Jerk Spice 1 Tablespoon
Combine the marinade ingredients. Pour over 5 LBS of boneless chicken and marinate 24-48 hours. When ready to cook, pour off marinade and Grill until juices run clear, and chicken is done. Serve with the mango salsa
