5 C diced potatoes
1 Tbs. butter
2 Cans cream of celery soup
1 onion chopped
2 C milk
8 oz cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Potatoes & onions in 3 Cups water. Drain. Add milk, soup, butter & cream cheese. Heat until melted and smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
