1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
3/4 C vinegar
1 Tbs. water
1/2 C vegetable oil
1 C sugar
1 Can French style green beans, 1 can Leseur green peas, 1 Can shoepeg corn, 1 jar pimento. 1 C onion,1 C celery, 1 C green pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 6 ingredients in a small pan and bring to a boil. Drain green beans, green peas and shoepeg corn, add celery, onion, and green pepper. Place vegetables in a large bowl and cover with vinegar mixture. Toss gently but thoroughly. Chill overnight.
