1 Tbs Oleo 4C cooked fettuccine
2 small cloves garlic, minced 2 tsp chopped fresh
1 Tbs flour parsley
1 1/3 C skim milk black pepper
2 Tbs light cream cheese 1 lb. cooked shrimp
1 1/4 C Parmesan cheese, divided

Directions:
Directions:
Melt oleo in a saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic; saute 1 minute. Stir in flour, gradually adding milk at the same time, stirring with a wire whisk until blended. Cook about 8 minutes until thickened and bubbly, stirring constantly. Stir in cream cheese, and cook 2 minutes. Add 1 Cup Parmesan cheese, stirring constantly until it melts. pour over hot cooked fettuccine and toss well to coat. Stir in shrimp. Top with remaining Parmesan cheese, fresh parsley and pepper.
