3 to 4 tart apples, peeled and chopped into small pieces
1 4 serving size box instant white chocolate pudding
1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple in its own juice
1 8 oz. container Cool Whip topping
1/3 cup chopped walnuts, toasted

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and chop apples, set aside
Walnuts may be roasted in a dry skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir until golden brown, set aside.
In a large bowl, pour in instant pudding powder, add entire can of crushed pineapple. Mix well.
Fold Cool Whip into the pudding pineapple mixture until well blended.
Add apples and walnuts to the mixture and blend until apples are well coated.
Chill until ready to serve.
