3 cans shoepeg corn
1/2 medium purple onion, chopped
3 cups sharp shredded Cheddar cheese
2 cups real mayonnaise
1/2 cup pickled jalapeņos, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Make sure to use shoepeg corn.
Use food processor for the jalapeņos and the chopped onions (optional for the onions.)
Mix all together and refrigerate.
Served chilled with corn chips.
