Directions:
Directions:
Slice zucchini length-wise like thick French fries. Lay them on a cookie sheet with sides covered in foil for easy clean-up. Spray them with non-stick cooking spray or butter spray. Sprinkle with garlic salt, season salt, or salt and pepper. Then, sprinkle with bread crumbs (these are easily bought in canisters at the store). If you like, you can also sprinkle Parmesan cheese on them, too.

Broil in the oven until tender, about 15 minutes.
