5 slices bacon, diced
1 large onion, chopped
2 medium potatoes, cubed
2 c. chicken broth
1-1/2 c. fresh corn kernels, cut from cob
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 cups half & half

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon until crisp. Remove bacon and reserve. In the bacon drippings, saute' onion until tender. Add potatoes and broth. Cover and simmer until potatoes are barely tender. Add the corn, salt, and pepper. Continue to simmer 10-15 minutes longer. Stir in the cream and heat just till boiling. Sprinkle with reserved bacon.
