2 T. butter
1 small onion, sliced
1 can broccoli cheese soup
1/3 c. milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
3-5 potatoes (cooked and sliced)
3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet over medium heat, cook onion in butter until tender. Stir in soup, milk, pepper. Add cooked potatoes, stir gently to coat. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low. Cover; cook 5 minutes or until hot and bubbling, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with bacon. Garish with parsley if desired.
