1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 T. grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs. beaten
2 T. butter, melted
6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
With rolling pin, crush onion soup mix in pouch. On waxed paper or large plate, combine soup mix, bread crumbs, cheese and pepper.
Dip chicken in eggs, coat in crumb mixture.
On baking sheet, arrange chicken. Drizzle with butter. Bake at 400 for 20 - 25 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
