1 cup quick cooking oats
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup lightly packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 cup marg, melted
1 cup fruit

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and brown sugar in a large bowl. Stir. Then add egg and melted butter to the oats and buttermilk mix. Mix well. Add this mix all at once to the dry ingredients. Stir until just moistened. Gently fold on the blueberries. Bake in large greased muffin cups at 400F for 15-20 minutes.
