6-9 pork chops 2 large apples, peeled and sliced 1-2 medium onions
SPRINKLE OVER TOP: 3 T. cinnamon and sugar mixture 3 T. flour
SAUCE: 6 T. sugar 3 T. Worchester sauce 1 1/2 c. ketchup 3 T. apple cider vinegar
Mix sauce ingredients and pour 1/2 sauce over apples and onions, sprinkle with cinnamon, sugar and flour. Then lay meat on top and pour rest of sauce on meat. Bake uncovered 375º for 1 hour, or until pork reaches 165º.
