1 pkg spice cake mix
1 pkg (3 3/4oz) vanilla instant pudding
3 eggs
1 cup canned pumpkin
cup salad oil
cup water
1 tsp cinnamon
cup pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Grease and flour bundt pan. Place pecans around side in bottom of pan. Put rest of ingredients in large mixing bowl and beat at medium speed for 5 min. Pour into bundt pan and bake in preheated 350F oven for 45 to 50 min. Cool on rack in pan for 10 to 15 min. Remove from pan and finish cooling on rack. Serve topped with whipped cream; or, make a thin frosting of cup powdered sugar and 1 tsp milk. Drizzle over cake.
