4 Spanish Onions (sliced thin)
1 c. vinegar
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate all ingredients for 4 hours
Stir often
Drain well (2 hours)

Mix equal parts sour cream and mayonaise to coat the incredients

Garnish with celery seed

This is one of the best pickle-type dishes as an extra with any dinner; it may sound kind of funny - but it tastes great!!!!!
