Ingredients:  
1 1/2 lb hamburger
2 green peppers
2-3 stalks celery
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 lb mushrooms
2 tsp oregano, heaping
2 cans tomato paste
2 lg cans tomato sauce
4 cloves garlic
3 onions
1 liter cottage cheese
2 eggs
2 pkg lasagna noodles
1 pkg mozzarella cheese
4 oz asiago cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Add lasagna noodles to boil water and cook. Fry onions and garlic, add hamburger, continue to fry add celery and pepper. Once cooked add sauce and spices. Let simmer until spices are combined. Start to layer in large casserole dish starting with

Sauce, noodles, cheese, sauce, mozzarella

Bake 350F for 30 to 45 minutes.
