6 Cups peeled Yukon Gold Potatoes sliced 1/8" thick
3 Tbs butter melted
1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
Chopped fresh chives

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425. Rinse potatoes and pat dry on paper towels. Brush 1 Tbs. of the butter onto bottom and side of a 9" pie plate. Toss potatoes with combined remaining 2 Tbs of butter and 1/4 cup of the cheese. Arrange potatoes slices in several layers on bottom and up side of pie plate. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup of cheese. Bake 1 hour. Loosen potatoes from side and bottom of pie plate. Invert immediately onto a serving plate and sprinkle with chives. Cut into 8 wedges to serve.
