1 head of broccoli
2 eggs
cup finely grated onion
1 cup mayonnaise
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1 cup finely grated sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil broccoli for 8 minutes in salted water. Drain and arrange over bottom of small oblong or square glass pan.

Mix eggs, onion, mayonnaise, soup and cheese together and pour over the broccoli.

Cook casserole in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.

*You can sprinkle something on top to make it crunchy or add extra cheese to the top before baking.
