3 Large Red Tomatoes Diced 2 Large Yellow Tomatoes Diced 1 Tbs. Crushed Garlic 2 Tbs. Red Wine Vinegar 3 Tbs. Balsamic Vinegar 1/8 tsp. Salt 1/8 tsp. Pepper 1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil 4 Tbs. Chopped Fresh Basil 3 Tbs. Parmesan Cheese 1 Baquette of Sourdough Bread Pan Nonstick Butter Spray
Mix together first eight ingredients and refrigerate 1-2 hours. Add in Basil and Parmesan Cheese. Slice Baguette into 1/4" slices and spray both sides with Pam. Bake in oven at 400º until golden on each side. Spoon tomato mixture onto slices and serve.
