enough potatoes to fill a medium sized pan
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
4 Tbsp prepared mustard
1/2 lb. bacon
6 hard cooked eggs
chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes and peel them.
Beat 4 eggs and add 1 cup sugar, vinegar, and mustard
Fry the bacon and cup up, leave in grease.
Add the egg, sugar mixture to the bacon mixture. Cook over low heat till thickened. Add 3 Tbsp salad dressing
Pour this over potatoes (shredded or diced), 6 hard boiled eggs, diced and chopped onion. Serve warm (or cold).
