1 lb. shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1 lb. hot pork breakfast sausage 3 c. bisquick
Brown sausage, working with a fork to separate until well done. Drain on paper towel until cool. Mix sausage, cheese and bisquick with hands. Roll into small balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 400º for 8 to 10 minutes. Serve warm.
