1 lb. lean ground beef or turkey
1 large onion
salt, pepper and garlic powder, to taste
2 cups grated part-skim Mozzarella cheese
2 cups elbow macaroni
2 cans tomato soup

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the ground meat, onion and spices in a large frying pan. Add the tomato soup and simmer for 15 minutes. Cook the macaroni for about 1/2 the time called for in the directions. Drain. Layer 1/2 the macaroni, 1/2 the meat mixture and 1/2 the cheese in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
