Ingredients:
4 tbsp. softened butter
1 tbsp. chopped rosemary
1 tbsp. sage
1 tbsp. thyme
salt and pepper
turkey breast on the bone

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix butter with...well the recipe said "1 tbsp. chopped rosemary, 1 tbsp. sage, 1 tbsp. thyme and salt and pepper" but I used 3 to 4 tbsp. of a pre-mixed thing called "roasting rub" in a flavor called "French Herb" which had those and a few other things; no doubt any similar thing would do.

Oh yeah, get a turkey (w/bones).

Rub the butter n' spices under the skin and over the skin of the breast, sprinkle with salt and pepper (or just pepper if the spices have salt in them).

Roast about 45 minutes, resting on a little bed of chopped up onion, celery and carrots (which is yours then to do what you will, including throw out).

[My notes say: "tent w/foil?"--I can't remember if I did or not. Maybe if it looks like it's burning?]
