3 medium Tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1/2 small purple onion, sliced
6 Bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
1/3 c. light olive oil
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
2 large ripe avocados, peeled and cubed
4 c. torn salad greens

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine tomatoes, onion rings and bacon. In a small bowl, whisk the oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and hot pepper sauce. Pour over the tomato mixture. Toss gently, add avocado mixture and toss to coat. Place the greens in a large salad bowl; add avocado mixture and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
