"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain
3-4 lb. pork butt 1 pkg. taco seasoning 1/2 sliced onion 3-6 cloves of garlic 1 c. water
Make 3-6 shallow slits in pork. Insert whole garlic cloves in slits. Put meat in crock pot. Sprinkle meat with taco seasoning and add onions and water. Cook on low for 6 hrs. About 1/2 hour before serving, shred meat and return to pot to soak up juices and stay warm. Serve with tortillas and all taco/burrito fixings.
Yum, yum, yum. Enjoy!!!!! This is very easy and flavorful.
