3-4 lb. pork butt
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1/2 sliced onion
3-6 cloves of garlic
1 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Make 3-6 shallow slits in pork. Insert whole garlic cloves in slits. Put meat in crock pot. Sprinkle meat with taco seasoning and add onions and water. Cook on low for 6 hrs. About 1/2 hour before serving, shred meat and return to pot to soak up juices and stay warm. Serve with tortillas and all taco/burrito fixings.
