3 14 oz. bags cubed bread
5 lbs or more cooked, boned, and cubed chicken
2 T and 2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp poultry seasoning
3 eggs
1 12 oz. bag frozen chopped onions sauteed in butter
2 c milk
chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Beat milk and eggs together and add to above ingredients. Add enough broth to make very moist. Put in glass baking dish. Bake 350 about 1 1/2 hours or until desired brown. For crispy top melt butter and pour over top.
