Ingredients:  
1 whole chicken (or 3-4 lbs.) chicken breasts cooked and boned and cut in pieces
2 c milk
1 can cream of chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c chopped onion sautéed
1 lb. melted Velveeta (melt Velveeta in milk)
2 12 oz. pkgs. Reames frozen noodles
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles in salted water until well done. Drain.
Add Velveeta/milk mix to soups. Mix together. Add all the rest of ingredients and chicken (except Parmesan cheese). Mix thoroughly. Pour into large casserole. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake in oven at 400º for 45 minutes.
