4 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
1 egg
3 TBSP Lemon juice
1/4 cup flour
1/8 tsp each garlic powder and paprika
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg with 1 TBSP lemon juice. In separate bowl, combine flour, garlic powder and paprika. Dip chicken in egg mixture then in flour mixture. In skillet, brown chicken in butter. Then add chicken broth and remaining lemon juice to skillet. Cover, simmer 20 minutes or until tender.
