5 chicken breasts
1 (9oz.) bag of Fritos
1 can chicken broth
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 small onion, chopped
1 tsp. chili powder
salt and pepper to taste
2 cans rotel tomatoes
1 (8 oz) pkg. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Pour Fritos into casserole dish. Moisten with chicken broth. Boil chicken until tender. Bone and put chicken pieces over Fritos. Heat soups together with chopped onion, pour over chicken. Pour rotel tomatoes over top. Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes. Put cheese on top and return to oven for 10 minutes at lower heat.
