1 can black beans, rinsed
1 can white shoepeg corn, drained
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
2 jalapeņo peppers clear of seeds, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
Juice of 1/2 lime
1/4 cup light Italian Dressing
Salt to taste

Rinse black beans and drain corn. Chop remaining ingredients. If preparing ahead, wait to add avocados until ready to serve. Mix remaining ingredients and chill.
