Whole chicken or turkey drippings
Potato water
1/2 cup to a cup of flour (depends on how much juice/drippings you have)
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
After you bake your chicken or turkey, remove from roasting pan and leave only the drippings from the chicken or turkey. Put roasting pan with drippings over 2 burners-no heat yet. Add your flour with a large stirring spoon until the juice becomes a wet paste. Add 1 cup of cold water over paste until it becomes a pudding consistency. Now add your potato water slowly, stir over medium heat and let it come to a low boil for a couple of minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
