1 lb of raw shrimp- deveined and peeled
12 garlic cloves- sliced thin
2 1/2 Tbs of canola oil
1 or 2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp rosemary
2 tsp henry (just kidding)
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup parmesan
1/2 lb pasta- either angel hair or penne pasta
1/4 cup white wine or chicken broth (or both)
1 jar of canned tomatoes (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large frying pan over medium heat, add oil and garlic slices. Saute for a few minutes until garlic is golden brown. Add raw shrimp and cook about 4-5 minutes until shrimp is pink and curls up. Add all seasonings (minus the henry) and stir. Add parmesan and wine/broth or tomatoes. Cook another 2 minutes. Pour over cooked pasta.
