1- 11/2 lbs. ground meat
1 large onion
1 lb can diced tomatoes
1- 8 oz can tomato paste
1- 8 oz can tomato sauce
1/2 c water
1 1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1Tbls parsley
1 8 oz can mushrooms

Brown meat and onions. Add remaing ingredients and simmer uncovered about an hour. Depending on how you like it... add more tomato sauce to thicken.
