1 slab of spareribs
1 large onion, sliced
2 Tbsps. Seasoned Salt
3 Tbsps. Garlic Powder
2 Tbsps. Black pepper
1 Tbsp. Bay leaf powder

Directions:
Directions:
Place slab of ribs in a large container. Generously sprinkle all seasons over both sides of the rib. Cover with sliced onion. Add water to cover bottom of container. Cover and let set in refrigerator for 2 hours, turning once. Remove from refrigerator; place in roasting pan; cover with foil and bake, brush with pan juices every 20 minutes, until fork tender. About 1 1/2 hours.
