2 1/2 pkgs (20 sq) chocolate (pick your favorite)
Items for topping truffles: nuts, chocolate powder, confectioner's sugar, etc
1 pkg cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 8 chocolate squares.
Beat cream cheese with mixer until creamy.
Blend into melted chocolate.
Refrigerate until firm.

Shape into 36 balls. Place on waxed paper-covered cookie sheet.

Melt remaining chocolate. Use fork to dip truffles; return to cookie sheet.
Decorate with toppings then refrigerate for one hour.
