Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 lbs. sirloin steak, cut into very small pieces
4 cans chopped chilies, 3 mild and 1 hot
1 tsp. ground cumin
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
2 14 oz. cans stewed tomatoes
1 14 oz. can tomatoes with chilies

Directions:
Directions:
Put steak in freezer for several hours; this makes it easy to cut into small pieces. Brown steak in fry pan. Put steak in large pot with juices from browning. Add all other ingredients and stir. Cook on low all day, 6-8 hours (this can also be done in a crock pot). It won't hurt it if it cooks longer. Serve with tortilla chips. Enjoy!

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is great for an appetizer or to eat as a meal over rice or just with chips. Another classic by Tanya Tedder. Perfect for the Superbowl or any time you need to feed a big crowd of meat eaters. KEB
