2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Bananas, very ripe and mashed
Walnuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour 1 bread pan. Combine butter and sugar, using a fork. Add vanilla and eggs, mix well. Add mashed bananas and mix again. Add remaining dry ingredients and mix.

Cook 1 hour.
