1 chocolate cake mix
2/3 c. evaporated milk
3/4 c. butter, softened
1 c. chocolate chips
50 caramels

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together cake mix, 1/3 c. evaporated milk and butter. Spread half of this mixture in the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. Bake for 6 minutes at 350. Pour 1 cup chocolate chips over top of mixture. Melt 50 caramels, add 1/3 cup evaporated milk and mix. Pour this over chocolate chips. Spoon remaining half of cake mixture over the top and bake another 15-18 minutes. Cool slightly and refrigerate.
