4 quarts pears ground up
1 orange ground up
1 lemon ground up
1 apple ground up
1 cup grape juice
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon cloves
1 tablespoon all spice
1 box raisins
6 cups sugar
1 cup vinegar
1 teaspoon salt

Boil 2 hours, very slowly on low heat. Put in jars with new lids.
