2 c. Flour, sifted 1 c. Sugar 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder 1/2 tsp. Soda 1/2 tsp. Salt 1/2 c. Orange Juice 2 tsp. Shortening, melted 1 Egg, slightly beaten 2 tsp. Water, hot 1 c. Cranberries, cut in half 1 c. Pecans, cut up
Put first 9 ingredients in bowl and mix just to moisten. Fold in cranberries and pecans. Place in greased loaf pan. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
