1/2 c. Milk
1/2 c. Salad Oil (or Butter)
1 1/2 c. Flour
1/2 c. Sugar
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 c. Blueberries (can use wild Canadian)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg and milk in mixing bowl. Add oil and sugar, baking powder,and salt. Blend flour but only until it's moist, leaving small lumps in batter. Fold in blueberries. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full. Sprinkle tops with a mixture of 1/4 tsp. cinnamon and 3 T. sugar. Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes.
