1 medium head of cabbage
2 bell peppers (if large use just one)
1 medium onion

Dressing:
3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
9 tablespoons oil
3/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons salt
pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dressing ingredients well and pour over finely chopped vegetables. Store in tight container in refrigerator, and drain before serving. Keeps well for many days if refrigerated.
