1-2 ducks (save heart, liver, gizzard, feet, and head)
1 fresh onion
salt
pepper
1 cup of rice
1 cup macaroni

Directions:
Directions:
boil in big pot of water all parts, including feet, head, gizzard, heart, heart, and liver
boil 1/2 hour
add 1 onion
cook rice and macaroni for 45 min.
