2 tbsp. oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 lb. lean ground beef
2 cups string beans, cut into 1 inch pieces
3 tbsp. fish sauce
1 tsp. seasoning sauce
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 cup sliced green bell peppers
1/4 cup sliced red bell peppers
1/4 tsp. white pepper
Hot peppers, optional

Heat pan. Add oil and garlic. Sauté ground beef until brown on medium high heat.

Add beans and remaining ingredients and continue to cook until beans are tender.
