3 or 4 apples, peeled and cut into big bite size pieces
2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda

Directions:
Directions:
Mix apples and sugar, let stand 20 minutes, then add oil, nuts, vanilla, eggs, and stir.
Add flour and soda.
Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake one hour at 350.
