1/3 c. margarine or butter, melted
1 tsp. cider or white vinegar
3-4 tsp. red pepper sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
4 unpeeled medium potatoes (about 1 1/4 lb.)
1 c. bleu cheese dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Heat coals or gas grill. Mix first four ingredients in shallow dish. Cut each potato lengthwise into 4 wedges; pat dry with paper towels.
Dip potato wedges into mixture; reserve any remaining mixture.
Cover and grill potatoes 4-6 inches from medium heat 25-35 min., brushing occasionally with margarine mixture and turning once or twice until tender. Serve with dressing.
