6 pork chops
3/4 c. washed rice
1 large onion
2 T. soy sauce
1 can cream of chicken with rice soup
1 can water
mushrooms opt.
1/2 can mushroom soup but think I might use the Golden mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the pork chop. Mix all ingredients together in a casserole and lay the pork chops on top. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours. Watch so it doesn't get dry. Add a little more water if needed.
