2 lbs. frozen hashbrowns (thawed) 1/2 cup melted butter 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 cup chopped onion 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine hashbrowns, butter, cream of chicken soup, onion. shredded chedder cheese, salt and pepper. Spray a 3 quart baking dish with butter flavored pam. Put mixture in baking dish, cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes. Remove foil and bake 10 minutes, or until done.
